Questions About Your First Visit
Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
No. Most clients give us a key, a lockbox code or a garage code. We confirm the arrangement by phone before the first visit and the same crew returns every time.
Do you bring your own supplies and equipment?
Yes — products, cloths, vacuums and mops are all included in the price. If you prefer that we use your products, or need fragrance-free options for allergies, just tell us on the confirmation call.
How much does a cleaning cost?
Price depends on the size of the space, the type of service and how often we come — a two-bedroom apartment and a five-bedroom house are very different jobs. We assess your property during a first estimate visit and prepare a personalized quote before you decide to schedule cleaning. No surprise charges, and the price we quote is the price you pay.
What happens after I request an estimate visit?
Your request is for a first on-site visit to prepare a quote. The receipt e-mail acknowledges your request; it does not confirm a reservation. Our team contacts you to confirm availability, or suggest another time. Cleaning is scheduled separately after you approve the quote.
When can I request an estimate visit?
Estimate visits are offered Monday–Saturday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (Eastern Time). Please request a time at least 12 hours ahead. All times are subject to availability and confirmation by our team.
